Haus Malsch sits 600m above sea level in the Mountains of the Black Forest overlooking the town of Buhlertal. Built in 1905 as a weekend retreat of the Malsch family the house is made of local stone and has panoramic views across the valley and to France.
Hubertus was born and raised in Haus Malsch and consequently he has a tremendous knowledge of the area which he is very willingly to share on guided walks and talks!
Hubertus walks with children from the locals schools where he teaches them the importance of the forest and they have fun identifying trees and animals.
Hubertus and Gulsen have a fantastic little shop offering all the unique produce of the Black Forest including meats, honey, crafts and more!.. please click the link for full details.
Hubertus and Gulsen spend their time between Germany and England so please get in touch if you would like to have a chat about the accomodation, availability, shop or location.
